释义	法律分析：犯罪中止是指在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的情形。犯罪中止具有中止的时间性、中止的自动性、中止的客观性和中止的有效性四个特征：犯罪中止，必须是没有发生作为既遂的犯罪结果，否则就不成立犯罪中止。犯罪中止的成立并不要求没有发生任何犯罪结果，而是没有发生作为既遂标志的犯罪结果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚；造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。
