释义	一、出租人所享有的仅是解除其与承租人之间租赁合同的权利，并未涉及转租合同，不过会导致转租合同客观上无法继续履行，合同无效；二、出租人在明知情况下未在六个月内提出异议，则转租合同有效。《民法典》第七百一十六条【承租人对租赁物转租】承租人经出租人同意，可以将租赁物转租给第三人。承租人转租的，承租人与出租人之间的租赁合同继续有效;第三人造成租赁物损失的，承租人应当赔偿损失。承租人未经出租人同意转租的，出租人可以解除合同。
