释义	物业费的承担应当根据物业服务合同的约定执行，租房合同对此另有约定、且获得物业服务提供方同意的，可以将物业费支付义务转让给承租人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条，债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
