释义	法律分析：绝对义务，又称对世义务，指对一般人承担的义务，例如不得侵害法律所保护的任何公民的基本权利。相对义务，又称对人义务，指对特定人承担的义务，如债务人只对债权人承担清偿债务的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。子女对父母的赡养义务，不仅发生在婚生子女与父母间，而且也发生在非婚生子女与生父母间，养子女与养父母间和继子女与履行了扶养教育义务的继父母之间。
