公职人员重婚遭到举报会怎么处理

法律分析：处2年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。公务员犯重婚罪，是会判决实刑的。国家公务员以及国家干部被判决有期徒刑以上的实刑，一般还要被处于开除公职的行政处分。重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条 有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
