释义	法律分析：归出租人所有。在租赁期间届满后，承租人应当将租赁物返还给出租人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十四条承租人应当妥善保管租赁物，因保管不善造成租赁物毁损、灭失的，应当承担赔偿责任。第七百三十三条租赁期限届满，承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者根据租赁物的性质使用后的状态。第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。
