企业财产和个人财产混同是何意

法律分析：
大多是使用个人账户收支公司经营款项，无法证明公司财产独立于个人财产版，发生权在一人公司，或者家族企业的比较多。法律上股东应该按公司章程规定对公司完成出资，出资登记在公司名下。日常公司款项使用公司银行账号收支，股东或者实际控制人无法证明自己财产和公司财产独立的，对公司损失承担连带责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第六十三条 一人有限责任公司的股东不能证明公司财产独立于股东自己的财产的，应当对公司债务承担连带责任。
