释义	法律分析：会。非现场执法的违章被记录下来以后，交管部门会在三到四天之后发短信给车主。非现场执法是指由监控摄像头、电子眼等电子监测设备记录下来的违章行为，当监测设备记录下违章行为后还要经过人工审核和数据上传开放查询。所以当车主收到短信通知以后也能在网上查到相应的违章记录。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
