拒绝要约后要约是否失效
释义
法律分析：拒绝要约后要约并不会就失效，而是拒绝要约的通知到达要约人后，要约才会失效，如果拒绝要约通知送达要约人前，受要约人撤销拒绝通知的，要约是不会失效的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百七十八条 有下列情形之一的，要约失效：
(一)要约被拒绝;
(二)要约被依法撤销;
(三)承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺;
(四)受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。
