释义	对于扣押而言是临时性强制执行措施,证据保全措施；而收缴则是带有结论性的行政强制措施,没有期限限制。目的不同：扣押是保全证据,以免证据消失或者毁灭；而收缴的目的是经调查核实,扣押的物品属于非法财物,公安机关将其缴获,以免继续危害社会。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第一百四十一条，在侦查活动中发现的可用以证明犯罪嫌疑人有罪或者无罪的各种财物、文件，应当查封、扣押；与案件无关的财物、文件，不得查封、扣押。对查封、扣押的财物、文件，要妥善保管或者封存，不得使用、调换或者损毁。
