释义	《刑法》中没有围标串标罪，只有串通投标罪，其刑事责任为： 1、自然人犯本罪的，处3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金； 2、单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依上述规定追究刑事责任。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百二十三条投标人相互串通投标报价，损害招标人或者其他投标人利益，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。投标人与招标人串通投标，损害国家、集体、公民的合法利益的，依照前款的规定处罚。
