释义	法律分析：养殖场拆迁补偿标准是没有统一规定的，养殖场(鱼塘、养猪、羊、牛等)的征收补偿包括四方面：对地的补偿;对地上附着物的补偿;停产停业的补偿;合理的拆迁费用。法律依据：《畜禽规模养殖污染防治条例》第二十五条因畜牧业发展规划、土地利用总体规划、城乡规划调整以及划定禁止养殖区域，或者因对污染严重的畜禽养殖密集区域进行综合整治，确需关闭或者搬迁现有畜禽养殖场所，致使畜禽养殖者遭受经济损失的，由县级以上地方人民政府依法予以补偿。
