释义	法律分析：被驱逐出境后还可以回来。可以再申请入境，只是可能较困难。“驱逐出境”只是立即或限时注销当事人护照(也就是当事人如果再继续呆下去，就是非法入境罪)使其出境，当事人出境后，没有时间限制，可以再申请入境，只是很难再马上被入境国政府同意入境(再入境不会那么容易的，很有可能永远被拒)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十五条对于犯罪的外国人，可以独立适用或者附加适用驱逐出境。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第十条对于治安管理的外国人，可以附加适用限期出境或者驱逐出境。
