问题	如何办理户口迁移
释义	先由户口迁移办理的当事人提出书面申请，再经过迁移目的地的户口登记派出所审核，符合迁移条件的，报上一级分(市)县局审批，审批后出具《准予迁入证明》。当事人凭《准予迁入证明》回到原户口所在地下户，由迁出地派出所出具《户口迁移证》。当事人再凭《准予迁入证明》、迁出地派出所出具的《户口迁移证》到迁移目的地的户口登记派出所上户。法律依据《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十条公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。
