释义	假释的程序是由执行强制劳动改造的监狱向所在地中级人民法院提出假释建议书，并附相关材料；监狱所在地的中级人民法院收到监狱的假释建议书后审查相关材料；人民法院在审查案件材料后组成合议庭进行审理，对符合法定条件的罪犯裁定予以假释。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《刑法》第八十二条对于犯罪分子的假释，依照本法第七十九条规定的程序进行。非经法定程序不得假释。第八十三条有期徒刑的假释考验期限，为没有执行完毕的刑期；无期徒刑的假释考验期限为十年。假释考验期限，从假释之日起计算。
