释义	法律分析: 在我国放弃赡养老人权协议书是无效的。因为赡养老人是我们每个人的义务，是不能够被切断的。并且法律也是不会承认放弃赡养义务的协议书的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。第一千零六十八条父母有教育、保护未成年子女的权利和义务。未成年子女造成他人损害的，父母应当依法承担民事责任。
