释义	法律分析: 旅客能向承运人要求赔偿的情形有在运输过程中发生伤亡。但若伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的，则承运人不需要承担责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百二十三条承运人应当对运输过程中旅客的伤亡承担赔偿责任；但是，伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的除外。前款规定适用于按照规定免票、持优待票或者经承运人许可搭乘的无票旅客。
