车户注销方法如下：
1、填写《机动车停驶、复驶注销登记申请表》、《XX市机动车报废更新申请表》和《XX市报废汽车回收证明》；
2、单位车辆盖公章，私车车主签名；
3、在《XX市机动车报废更新申请表》第一联上粘贴发动机和车架钢印号的拓印。
车辆销户怎么销
1、在办理车辆销户时，车主需要提前准备好，机动车登记证、行驶证、身份证等相关的证件；
2、当车辆达到了报废标准，去车管所申领并填写《机动车报废单》，工作人员在审核后，只要符合报废的条件，就会提供《汽车报废通知书》；
3、车主拿上报废通知书，把车拖到回收车辆公司，对车辆进行解体，同时在对车辆解体完成合，开具《车辆报废回收证明》。

已注册登记的机动车，达到国家规定的强制报废标准后一年内不申请注销登记的，机动车档案自动注销。车辆管理所应当公告该车的机动车号牌、《机动车行驶证》和《机动车登记证书》作废。
第四十七条
经人民法院、人民检察院、公安机关或者其他行政执法部门查实，机动车所有人利用假资料、假证明等领取了机动车号牌、《机动车行驶证》和《机动车登记证书》的，车辆管理所应当注销机动车档案，收回机动车号牌、《机动车行驶证》和《机动车登记证书》。
