释义	法律分析：当然不能。最高人民法院《关于执行〈中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法〉若干问题的解释》证人、鉴定人经控辩双方发问或者审判人员询问后，审判长应当告其退庭。证人、鉴定人不得旁听对本案的审理。据此，即使是出庭作证的证人，作证后也不得旁听，而必须退庭。法律依据：《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第五十八条证人不得旁听法庭审理问证人时，其他证人不得在场。
