2023年合同签订金额与付款金额不一致怎么办

法律分析：
合同签订金额与付款金额不一致存在三种情况：一是合同一方未严格按照合同约定的签订金额付款；二是合同双方在履行过程中达成合意的调整；三是合同一方根据合同的约定或政府定价自行调整付款金额的结果。第一种情况违约，后两种不违约。违约的可以向法院起诉。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第五百一十三条 执行政府定价或者政府指导价的，在合同约定的交付期限内政府价格调整时，按照交付时的价格计价。
第五百四十三条 当事人协商一致，可以变更合同
