法律分析:
股权转让合同纠纷法院管辖地通常为被告住所地或合同履行地。在股权转让合同纠纷中，如果双方当事人对管辖法院有约定且约定有效的，应适用其约定；没有约定或约定不明，应适用法律规定，即由被告住所地或合同履行地人民法院管辖。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法法》 第二十三条 因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
