释义	法律分析：由于中考的特殊性，很多地区的中考少数民族加分的政策都是不一样的，但是一般的中考少数民族加分分值为：5分，知青子女、少数民族学生、华侨子女和台湾省学生都是享有国家加分政策的。目前是统一调整为5分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教育法》第二十一条国家实行国家教育考试制度。国家教育考试由国务院教育行政部门确定种类，并由国家批准的实施教育考试的机构承办。
