释义	法律分析: 劳动者的工作年限是按周年计算后剩余的月数，超过六个月的，按一年计算，六个月和不满六个月的按半年计算。职工工作年限越长的，其工龄越长，相应地享受年休假以及工资可以适当提高。法律依据: 《劳动合同法实施细则》第十条劳动者非因本人原因从原用人单位被安排到新用人单位工作的，劳动者在原用人单位的工作年限合并计算为新用人单位的工作年限。原用人单位已经向劳动者支付经济补偿的，新用人单位在依法解除、终止劳动合同计算支付经济补偿的工作年限时，不再计算劳动者在原用人单位的工作年限。
