释义	律师分析: 有以下两种 (1)注册取得制度。注册取得，也叫登记取得，是指以登记注册作为取得著作权的条件，作品只有登记注册后方能产生著作权，著作权注册取得的原则，又称为有手续主义。 (2)自动取得制度。著作权自动取得，是指当作品创作完成时，作者因进行了创作而自动取得作品的著作权，不再需要履行其他任何手续。这种获得著作权的方法被称为无手续主义、自动保护主义。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二条中国公民、法人或者其他组织的作品，不论是否发表，依照本法享有著作权。
