释义	法律分析：不在无效情形内的即有效合同。有下列情形之一的，合同无效：1、以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立;2、恶意串通，损害国家、集体或第三人利益;3、以合法形式掩盖非法目的;4、损害社会公共利益;5、违反法律法规的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
