释义	法律分析：国有土地上房屋征收补偿对象是被征收房屋的所有权人，即房屋产权证上登记的所有权人。如果不是所有权人，在房屋中居住或户口在房屋坐落的地址上，也不能获得安置补偿。法律依据：《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二条为了公共利益的需要，征收国有土地上单位、个人的房屋，应当对被征收房屋所有权人给予公平补偿。第十九条对被征收房屋价值的补偿，不得低于房屋征收决定公告之日被征收房屋类似房地产的市场价格。被征收房屋的价值，由具有相应资质的房地产价格评估机构按照房屋征收评估办法评估确定。
