释义	法律分析：社区戒毒的期限为3年，自报到之日起计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国禁毒法》第十三条 对吸毒成瘾人员，县级、设区的市级人民政府公安机关可以责令其接受社区戒毒，并出具责令社区戒毒决定书，送达本人及其家属，通知本人户籍所在地或者现居住地乡(镇)人民政府、城市街道办事处。第十四条 社区戒毒人员应当自收到责令社区戒毒决定书之日起15日内到社区戒毒执行地乡(镇)人民政府、城市街道办事处报到，无正当理由逾期不报到的，视为拒绝接受社区戒毒。
