民事二审是终审吗
释义
法律主观：
民事诉讼的二审就是终审。但是如果认为二审的判决书有错误，当事人仍然有救济方式，可以去法院申请再审。有新的证据，足以推翻原判决的、原判决认定的基本事实缺乏证据证明的都可以申请再审。
法律客观：
《民事诉讼法》第一百八十二条 第二审人民法院的判决、裁定，是终审的判决、裁定。 第一百八十三条 人民法院审理对判决的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准。 人民法院审理对裁定的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三十日内作出终审裁定。
