释义	法律分析：在没有正式转正之前理论上也是不能随时辞职的，没有转正的话就说明员工还处于试用期，劳动合同法当中的规定是试用期内辞职需要提前三天通知用人单位。通知用人单位这是员工应尽的义务，至于能不能马上就为员工办理离职手续，这要看公司的安排。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
