释义	律师分析：保外就医的情形包括：1、身患严重疾病，短期内有死亡危险的；2、原判无期徒刑和死刑缓期二年执行后减为无期徒刑的罪犯，从执行无期徒刑起服刑七年以上，或者原判有期徒刑的罪犯执行原判期限三分之一以上（含减刑时间），患严重慢性疾病，长期医治无效的等。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国劳动改造条例》第六十条对于在押的未决犯（罪大恶极的除外），因病势严重需要保外就医的，经报请送押机关批准，可以保外就医，但应通知居住地人民公安机关加以监督。未决犯在保外就医期间，可以折抵刑期。
