释义	法律分析：持有伪造的发票罪惩罚有处二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金，或者二年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。明知是伪造的发票而持有，数量较大，才构成犯罪。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照个人犯罪的规定处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十条之一第一款明知是伪造的发票而持有，数量较大的，处二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；数量巨大的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
