释义	法律主观：《传染病防治法》第二十七条规定：“对被传染病病原体污染的污水、污物、场所和物品，有关单位和个人必须在疾病预防控制机构的指导下或者按照其提出的卫生要求，进行严格消毒处理；拒绝消毒处理的，由当地卫生行政部门或者疾病预防控制机构进行强制消毒处理。” 第四十七条规定：“疫区中被传染病病原体污染或者可能被传染病病原体污染的物品，经消毒可以使用的，应当在当地疾病预防控制机构的指导下，进行消毒处理后，方可使用、出售和运输。”
