释义	法律分析：原则上在二十四小时后作废，因特殊原因，可以适当延长。法律依据：《山西省公安机关办理醉酒驾驶机动车刑事案件程序规定》第十八条提取的血样应现场登记封存，在二十四小时内，由交通警察送至县级以上公安机关刑事技术部门或者经省级公安机关鉴定机构登记管理部门审核认可的具备资质的司法检验鉴定机构进行检验鉴定。因特殊原因不能立即送检的，应当按照规范低温保存，经上一级公安机关交通管理部门负责人批准，可以在三日内送检。
