释义	《食品生产许可管理办法》于2015年10月1日实施，其中规定，取消QS标志后，新获证及换证食品生产者，应当在食品包装或者标签上标注新的食品生产许可证编号，并不再标注“QS”标志。为了避免浪费，给予了生产者最长不超过三年过渡期时间，即2018年10月1日之前，食品生产者原带有“QS”标志的包装和标签商品仍可以使用；2018年10月1日及以后生产的食品一律不得在商品外包装上印有QS标志。法律依据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第二十七条
