释义	高利贷的担保人一般是能撤销担保的，但是一般只能撤销属于高利贷部分的担保责任，即担保人只需要对合法范围内的利息和本金作担保，超出部分是不受法律保护的。法律依据：《关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律扮枣亮若干问题的规章》第二十五条出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。前款所称“一年期贷款市场报价利率”，是指中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心自2019年8月20日起每月发布的一年岩辩期贷款市场报价利率。
