灵活就业还是应届生吗
释义
法律分析：签订灵活就业表是不影响应届毕业生身份。灵活就业后，毕业生自主创业会有一些优惠政策；但灵活就业视同就业，（即便你没有就业）和国家就业计划没有任何关系了，人事部门也不会签发介绍信。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国就业促进法》 第十二条 国家鼓励各类企业在法律、法规规定的范围内，通过兴办产业或者拓展经营，增加就业岗位。国家鼓励发展劳动密集型产业、服务业，扶持中小企业，多渠道、多方式增加就业岗位。
