释义	法律分析：工伤伤残做司法鉴定是不可以的。工伤按规定是做工伤伤残鉴定的，工伤做司法鉴定不能作为工伤赔偿的依据的。工伤伤残鉴定的依据是《职工工伤与职业病致残程度鉴定标准》，而司法鉴定的依据是《人体损伤残疾程度鉴定标准》。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第十七条职工发生事故伤害或者按照职业病防治法规定被诊断、鉴定为职业病，所在单位应当自事故伤害发生之日或者被诊断、鉴定为职业病之日起30日内，向统筹地区劳动保障行政部门提出工伤认定申请。遇有特殊情况，经报劳动保障行政部门工伤鉴定程。
