停业跟歇业的区别 -法律知识
释义
法律分析:
通常我们把被许可人取得行政许可后再有效期内因故而暂时性停止生产经营或是从事其他行政许可行为的称之为停业，其主要可分被动停业以及主动停业两大类。满六个月尚未开展经营活动或者停止经营活动满一年的，视同歇业。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》 第二十二条 企业法人领取《企业法人营业执照》后，满六个月尚未开展经营活动或者停止经营活动满一年的，视同歇业。
