问题	夫妻单方面债务应该怎么办？
释义	夫妻单方面债务是属于个人债务，当一方在有债务的情况下，另一方无需承担。夫妻双方在婚姻关系期间以个人名义超出夫妻双方日常欠下的债务，债权人无权将该笔债务认定为夫妻共同债务。但是债权人有权证明此债务是在夫妻双方共同经营。如果另一方欠债人出现恶意拒还且态度恶劣的，那么欠债人将承担连带责任，法院不予支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同该债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
