释义	在我国现行法律中并没有明确规定代位继承人有赡养义务。只规成年子女对父母负有赡养义务，有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，对于子女已经死亡或者子女无力赡养的祖父母、外祖父母，有赡养的义务。法律依据《民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
