释义	销售侵权复制品罪的构成：（一）主体要件：主体是一般主体；（二）主观要件：主观方面是故意，且具有营利目的；（三）客体要件：客体是著作权人的著作权和著作权管理制度；（四）客观要件：客观方面表现为表现为以营利为目的，销售明知是《刑法》第217条规定的侵权复制品以及假冒他人署名的作品的行为。法律依据：《刑法》第二百一十八条以营利为目的，销售明知是本法第二百一十七条规定的侵权复制品，违法所得数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以下有期徒刑，并处或者单处罚金。
