释义	购销合同是买卖合同的变化形式，它同买卖合同的要求基本上是一致的。主要是指供方(卖方)同需方(买方)根据协商一致的意见，由供方将一产品交付给需方，需方接受产品并按规定支付价款的协议。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十五条买卖合同是出卖人转移标的物的所有权于买受人，买受人支付价款的合同。第六百四十六条法律对其他有偿合同有规定的，依照其规定有规定的，参照适用买卖合同的有关规定。第六百四十七条当事人约定易货交易，转移标的物的所有权的，参照适用买卖合同的有关规定。
