释义	法律分析：用人单位不办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险行政部门责令限期改正；逾期不改正的，对用人单位及主管人员和其他直接责任人员处以罚款。劳动者因此解除劳动合同，需要支付经济补偿，经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。法律依据：《社会保险法》第八十四条，用人单位不办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险行政部门责令限期改正；逾期不改正的，对用人单位处应缴社会保险费数额一倍以上三倍以下的罚款，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员处五百元以上三千元以下的罚款。
