释义	法律分析：根据《中华人民共和国利息法》，民间借贷的利息计算方式应当是按照借贷合同约定的利率计算，或者按照同期同类贷款基准利率计算。如果合同没有约定利率，则按照同期同类贷款基准利率计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国利息法》第四条民间借贷，当事人约定的利率低于中国人民银行同期贷款基准利率的四分之一，不得向法院、仲裁机构请求借贷利息；约定的利率高于中国人民银行同期贷款基准利率的四倍的，以超过部分的利息为无效。
