释义	1、破产宣告对债权的效力为，使有财产担保或者其他优先受偿权的债权人可以经由担保物或者特定财产获得优先清偿；2、对于其他的不享有特定财产优先受偿权利的债权人来说，只能依照法律规定的清偿顺序，通过法定程序来集体确定分配方案，从破产财产中获得清偿。风险提示：公司破产，清偿债务前，出资人不得转移、隐匿财产。公司及其出资人在清算前或清算期间隐匿或转移财产，逃避债务的，人民法院可以依法追回其财产，并按照有关规定予以处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。法律依据《企业破产法》第一百零七条
