释义	法律分析：羁押基本上是一种逮捕、拘留决定以后的，依附于拘留、逮捕的剥夺公民人身自由的当然状态，不是一种独立的强制措施。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十六条条对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期限不得超过两个月。如果犯罪嫌疑人在逮捕以前已被拘留的，拘留的期限不包括在侦查羁押期限之内。一般情况下，侦查机关应当在法律规定的侦查羁押期限内侦查终结案件。
