释义	国家无支持信用卡退违约金的有关规定，但是具体事项可以和银行进行协商。违约金是指持卡人在信用卡到期还款日的实际还款金额低于最低还款额的情况下，央行对最低还款额未归还部分收取罚金。其为保障合同顺利履行的一种手段，我国支持当事人约定一方违约时应当根据违约情况向对方支付一定数额的违约金。但是，在商业银行信用卡业务监督管理办法出台之后，如果持卡人已逾期，无法一次性偿还，但有偿还意愿。在与银行达成个性化分期后，银行将停止催收，并且可以减免违约金，最多可以在5年内偿还利息。
