保险从业资格证书是一种职业资格证书，是指相关人员通过国家的专门考试而获得的一种职业证书。保险执业证不能注销的。到时间不验证就过期了。
法律依据：
《保险销售从业人员监管办法》 第十八条，保险销售从业人员离职的，保险公司、保险代理机构应当在5个工作日内收回执业证书，并在信息系统中注销执业登记。如果发现保险公司违反规定，可以向当地保监局或中国保监会举报。
