出租人的留置权是不存在的，即出租人不享有对承租人承租屋内物品留置的权利。因为出租人在法律上并没有对这些物品合法的占有，这些物品还是承租人所占有的。

第七百零三条 租赁合同是出租人将租赁物交付承租人使用、收益，承租人支付租金的合同。
