释义	法律分析: 一般安全事故犯罪的构成主体应当是对生产、作业负有组织、指挥或者管理职责的负责人、管理人员、实际控制人、投资人等人员，以及直接从事生产、作业的人员等。《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十七条建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、工程监理单位违反国家规定，降低工程质量标准，造成重大安全事故的，对直接责任人员，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；后果特别严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
